We have two convenient options for making a return. Choose the one that is best for you!
1) Online Returns:
Log in to your account and click on My Order
Select the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ button.
Fill in the online form and provide us with your reasons for returning the item(s). Then click ‘Submit’.
Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your details and address before our courier arranges to pick-up your returned item(s).
2) Returns by Post:
To make a return by post, you can contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com or by phone at (+66) 2-367-2077. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 08:30am - 5:30pm (GMT+7).
Once you receive a confirmation from our team, you can return your product via post or other delivery services to the address below:

Our team will send you a confirmation email when they have received your returned items.
For international returns, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will assist you further.
Promotional items, discounted items or items purchased during the Mid-Season, End of Season or other sales cannot be returned.
You must receive your merchandise before requesting an exchange, return or refund.
We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in their original condition as detailed above, or those items received after the allotted return period.
