Exchange and Returns Policy

We have two convenient options for making a return. Choose the one that is best for you!

 

1) Online Returns:

 
Log in to your account and click on My Order

 
Select the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ button. 

 
Fill in the online form and provide us with your reasons for returning the item(s). Then click ‘Submit’.

 
Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your details and address before our courier arranges to pick-up your returned item(s).

 

2) Returns by Post:

To make a return by post, you can contact our customer service team by email at returns@royalivyregatta.com or by phone at (+66) 2-367-2077. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 08:30am - 5:30pm (GMT+7).

Once you receive a confirmation from our team, you can return your product via post or other delivery services to the address below:

Our team will send you a confirmation email when they have received your returned items.

 

International Returns:

For international returns, please email us directly at returns@royalivyregatta.com and our team will assist you further. 

 

Special Notes:

 
Promotional items, discounted items or items purchased during the Mid-Season, End of Season or other sales cannot be returned.

 
You must receive your merchandise before requesting an exchange, return or refund.

 
We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in their original condition as detailed above, or those items received after the allotted return period.

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your items. You’ll receive a confirmation email if the return is approved.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10 business days of being approved (depending upon your financial institution).

If you made an order using Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued as store credit in the amount of the purchase.

Please note sales or promotional items are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Yes! If you’d like to make an exchange, please follow our returns process above. You can let us know which size you need by writing it on your receipt.

Please remember items must be in their original condition with their original receipt and tags to be eligible for exchange.

a. Yes, you are responsible for paying the delivery fee for returned items.

If you believe an item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our Customer Service team at returns@royalivyregatta.com or +66 (0) 2-367-2077. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (GMT+7).

Refunds for damaged items will be credited back to the original form of payment as detailed in our Returns Policy above.
You will be given store credit for mailing expenses incurred for the return of damaged items. Please attach the original mailing receipt when claiming your refund.
Note, only items found to be damaged before use are eligible for refunds or mailing reimbursements.
